The World’s Muslim Population is Much More Widespread Than YOU Might Think

Muslims tend, very often, to establish careers in HEALTH CARE.

But First Three Myths About Islam.
1.   Muslims worship a moon-god: Some non-Muslims mistakenly believe that Allah is an "Arab god," a "moon god," or some sort of idol. Allah is the proper name of the One True God, in the Arabic language. The most fundamental belief that a Muslim has is that "There is only One God," the Creator, the Sustainer -- known in the Arabic language and by Muslims as Allah. Arabic-speaking Christians use the same word for the Almighty.
2.   Muslims don't believe in Jesus:  In the Qur'an, stories about the life and teachings of Jesus Christ (called 'Isa in Arabic) are abundant. The Qur'an recalls his miraculous birth, his teachings, and the miracles he performed by God's permission. There is even a chapter of the Qur'an named after his mother, Mary (Miriam in Arabic). However, Muslims believe that Jesus was a fully human prophet and not in any way divine himself.
3.     Most Muslims are Arabs: While Islam is often associated with Arabs, they make up only 15% of the world's Muslim population. The country with the largest population of Muslims is Indonesia.
Muslims Make Up A Majority Of The Population In 49 Countries Around The World.
There are only about 2.18 billion Christians of all ages around the world, representing approximately a third of the estimated 2010 Global Population of 6.9 Billion.
A 2010 Pew Research global study found that 16 percent of the global population to be unaffiliated with a religion. More than three-quarters of the religiously unaffiliated live in Asia, the majority in China.
The world's core Jewish population (remember, Jews are not Christian; their belief in Jesus is exactly that of Muslims. Jews DO NOT BELIEVE Jesus was the bible prophesied Christ, Messiah or that he was in any way divine. ) in early 2014 an estimated at 14.2 million people (around 0.2% of the world population).
The country with the largest number (about 209 million) is Indonesia, where 87.2% of the population identifies as Muslim. India has the world’s second-largest Muslim population in raw numbers (roughly 176 million) though Muslims make up just 14.4% of India’s total population.
As of 2010, over 1.6 billion or about 23.4% of the world population are Muslims. By the percentage of the total population in a region considering themselves Muslim, 24.8% in Asia-Oceania do, 91.2% in the Middle East-North Africa, 29.6% in Sub-Saharan Africa, around 6.0% in Europe, and 0.6% in the Americas.
There are an estimated 1.6 billion Muslims around the world, making Islam the world’s second-largest religious tradition after Christianity. Although many  of the World’s more ignorant, military aggressive, racily or religiously motivated white supremacist groups/people,  but especially in Canada and the United States of the Americas, may associate Islam with countries in the Middle East or North Africa, nearly two-thirds (62%) of Muslims live in the Asia-Pacific region, according to the Pew Research analysis. In fact, more Muslims live in India and Pakistan (344 million combined) than in the entire Middle East-North Africa region (317 million) and  0.6%  live in the Americas; including the United States thereof. ~~Al (Alex-Alexander) D Girvan
