Poor Parenting? Or, is it, Really, Criminal Child Abuse?

The biggest factor leading to failure; or success in life; or in survival--staying alive is the learning of the habit of self discipline. While like any habit (or addiction, or even negative, belief, brain washing for that matter) self discipline, requires only a relatively short time to acquire; in the beginning, especially of a child's life, it must be enforced-taught; and it must be taught on a consistent, stable, uncompromising, basis.

Poor Parenting?
Or, is it, Really, Criminal Child Abuse?
If or when a child just turned four years of age weighs very close to one hundred pounds(over twice what they should) there is a definite problem.
This is especially true if the child is:
1.        So overweight that they are made susceptible to  diabetes, heart disease, high colesterol and therefore clogging of the circulatory system, hypertension and stroke
2.       Eating almost constantly throughout his or her waking hours
3.       When not eating is usually sucking on a baby bottle filled either with chocolate milk or some “energy drink” such as Gatorade. [Gatorade boasts that its new drink contains just seven ingredients. They're also easy to pronounce: stuff like organic natural flavour, sea salt and organic cane sugar.] The Heart and Stroke Foundation in recent years has encouraged Canadians to limit their intake of added sugars to less than 10 per cent of their total daily calories — that translates to about 48 grams for a typical adult. A bottle of organic Gatorade provides more than half the recommended sugar limit per day. Remember the low-fat craze? The one that convinced us we could overindulge in fat-free cookies or flavoured frozen yogurt because we got the impression they were somehow good for us? Some of us finally wised up about low-fat advertising.
4.        Is a “fussy eater so usual diet usual consists of pasta, chicken nuggets or some other highly processed fast convenience food/ drink.
5.       Generally throws up at least twice per day. Constantly has to go “poop”.
6.         Is a bully expecting kids and even adults to submit to their every whim.
7.         Can be counted on to throw a tantrum and start hitting, throwing things anytime he or she does not their own way.
Kids at this age are still very physically active, but they learn in a more focused and less hectic way than when they were younger. Four year old children typically gain about 4-5 pounds (2 kilograms) and grow about 2-3 inches (5 to 8 centimetres) per year. An average 4-year-old weighs about 40 pounds and is about 40 inches tall.
Unless you tackle the core ingredient or ingredients that are problematic in a product, it will remain an unhealthy choice.

ONE CANNOT ACCUSE ANOTHER PERSON OF POOR PARENTING, IF THERE IS NO PARENTING AT ALL. ANYONE THAT WOULD DIVE A  STOLEN VEHICLE; IN WHICH THEIR OWN CHILD IS RIDING; WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE; AND ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER DRUGS; ARE SO CHRONICALLY ADDICTED THAT THEY MUST BE CONSUMING ALCOHOL ALMOST CONSTANTLY DURING THE DAY OR START EXHIBITING WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS; CANNOT BE ACCUSED OF POOR PARENTING SKILLS. THEY ARE GUILTY OF VERY SERIOUS, LIFE ALTERING, CHILD ABUSE; PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

THIS PERSON HAS A LONG DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF MENTAL HEALTH/STABILITY RELATED ISSUES. EXAMPLES: NOT BEING ABLE TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN TRUTH AND A LIE, FACT OR FICTION, WHAT IS, AN ILLUSION/HALLUCINATION, HERS FROM WHAT IS, IN FACT, PROPERTY BELONGING TO SOMEONE ELSE.~~~Al (Alex-Alexander) D Girvan.
