IT WAS CLAIMED THAT BEDBUGS WERE SIMPLY A HARMLESS PEST-- NOW--Bedbugs among homeless carry superbugs: study
Many of you will remember my previous
postings on this subject.
Many of you probably laughed over my
concerns that bedbugs were a dangerous part of our Olympic Heritage,
They are not just in the “LOWER EAST
END"--
Actually;
because they do not cope well with
temperature change;
they are relatively rare among the
"HOMELESS".
It is for this reason that many of the
"HOMELESS" of our "world class" tourist destination city
prefer sleeping on bare concrete to sleeping in the "government
provided" shelters.
You will find them in many high-end,
apartment complexes and hotels, in restaurants, entertainment/sports
stadiums, theatres, on public transit, and in taxicabs.
THERE IS STILL NO EFFECTIVE METHOD TO
COMBAT OR EVEN CONTROL THE INVASION.
AS PROVEN TRUE IN THE CASE OF ALL
OTHER BLOOD SUCKING INSECTS;
I'M SURE THAT OTHER DEADLY LINKS WILL SOON
BE FOUND.
A recent study of bed bugs found on some patients in
St. Paul's Hospital Vancouver British Columbia found that bed bugs DO
carry bacteria, disease and viruses.
BUT THEN, THIS DOES NOT REALLY MATTER--
The Down-town East-side (Skid Row) is the oldest neighbourhood
in Vancouver and is known as "North America's poorest postal; code. The
residents are mostly "TRASH"-- Mixed-blood Aboriginals(First
Nations, Métis, metis), Asians, alcoholic/drug
addicts, immigrants, juvenile runaways, people with gambling addictions
prostitutes “THE EXPENDABLE". The DOWN-TOWN EAST-SIDE is comprised
of the following neighbourhoods: Chinatown, Gastown Little Japan (Openheimer
Park.
THE VERY NEIGHBOURHOODS THAT MANY TOURISTS COME TO
VANCOUVER TO SEE.
I see that someone is illegally claiming ownership of the above PUBLIC DOMAIN IMAGE of; Bedbugs seen in a container from the lab at the National Pest Management Association, during the National Bed Bug Summit in Washington--photo produded as part of the normal and expeed-Job Description -of a Government official or employee.
